Welcome to Cornell University's Engineering Graduate Student Association Homepage!

The EGSA was created with the goal of unifying the engineering community at Cornell, while trying to have fun at the same time. At the moment, its current means of realizing this objective are organizing activities for engineering graduate students, staff and faculty and providing a forum to express their interests concerning engineering.

EGSA sponsored events that will be happening in the near future are described at the bottom of this page. A longer range schedule is available on the Future Events page.

EGSA meetings, and information about other groups, events or opportunities of potential interest to the engineering community are posted on the EGSA News page.

One of the major projects undertaken by the EGSA is to sponsor a regular Graduate Engineering Social Seminar Series, featuring lectures of interest and accessible to the engineering community as a whole. These lectures are followed by dinner, giving people from different departments a chance to meet and socialize. Previous lectures and other types of events sponsored by the EGSA are described on the Past Events page.

If you would like to be notified of EGSA events through e-mail, you can sign up for the egsa-l or egsamembers-l mailing lists, described on the Mailing Lists page.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about EGSA, or you would like to become involved in helping out with events, either e-mail egsa@cornell.edu or contact your department's EGSA representative.
